Streamlines representing tracing experiments from the Allen connectivity database
This webpage uses the HBP Composer to display tract-tracing experiments in mouse from the Allen Institute.
When you click the button below, HBP Composer is opened in a separate tab, and the injection locations of a number of Allen Mouse Connectivity experiments are shown as small spheres.
When you click a sphere, an 'event' message is sent to this page, which responds with a command to display the requested injection.
Important notes:
- The size of the marker reflects the size of the injection.
- The odd marker at the anterior commissure is an injection with missing 'injection voxels'.
