Since that is very small, make sure that
1. the picture is only slightly wider than your face
2. the picture has an aspect ratio of approximately 4/5 (width/height)
If you don't follow these guidelines, the generated thumbnail may look ugly.

Personal banner

A personal banner is an optional yet very desirable feature (you can also add it later).
It is a 180x180 image (larger images are automatically resized and cropped).
The personal banner should not depict you, but rather a photo or figure that represents your research. The banner gets periodically displayed on the NeuroInformatics front page, and links to your personal research (home) page.
Files must be less than 500 KB.
Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg.
Images must be at least 180x90 pixels. Images larger than 180x180 pixels will be resized.
